ELLA Learning Studio exists to support students through personalized, small-group learning experiences that strengthen academic foundations and build confidence in mathematics. The studio focuses on helping students develop independence, critical thinking skills, and the ability to apply knowledge to real-world situations.
Meet the Founder & Lead Educator
Jules Hampton is the founder of ELLA Learning Studio, a hybrid microschool and high-performance learning organization created to help students thrive beyond the limits of traditional education. With over a decade of experience in education spanning public, charter, private, and early college settings, Jules has served as a mathematics educator, instructional leader, and learning strategist focused on helping students build confidence, mastery, and long-term academic independence. His work has centered on creating systems that move students from simply completing assignments to becoming empowered, self-directed learners.
Currently pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership, Jules combines research, instructional design, and innovative learning practices to reimagine what academic support can look like for students and families. Through ELLA Learning Studio, he is building a personalized, relationship-driven environment where students are challenged academically, supported holistically, and equipped with the skills needed to think critically, solve problems, and succeed with confidence.
